You are required to provide us with accurate and true information about your health. The massage therapist will discuss the procedure and technique that will be used during the massage. You have the right to ask the therapist to stop, change the technique or stop the session should you feel uncomfortable at any time.
Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns you have to your therapist.
Any illicit or sexual suggestive remarks or advances made will result in the session terminated immediately, thereby forfeiting your payment.
Travelling is charged accordingly depending on the distance.
Lydia’s Mobile Therapy requires a 50% deposit as confirmation of booking and balance to be paid during appointment booking.
Cancellations within 3 hours will incur a cost of 50% of the booking total.
Lydia’s Mobile Therapy will not refund any amount due to non-arrival of guests.

We require about 15 to 20 min to set up before treatments start. Please be aware of this in your time planning.
We might require some access to water and electricity.
We will be coming to your venue with the necessary equipment for the treatments. Please make sure you have enough space for us to set up.
Secure parking will be required on the premises and as close to the venue as possible.
Booking in advance will avoid disappointment.we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time . consultation forms are to be filled before the service / treatment . payments are made before service . your information will be collected during the booking process.
Asking for our therapists pictures is prohibited by our management, theref we do not share our therapists pictures .
